for case law in Texas. It also arguably is a to get to the rules
of procedure. You have to register to use the site, but registration is
free.
Texas Local
Rules of court . A list of all Texas courts that have made these local
rules available online. Included in many of these local rules are
the Texas court's position on exchanging exhibits prior to trial, dress codes,
sample and form orders, how to set a hearing, and other various rules of decorum
and procedure.
Some courts in Texas, state and federal, have access to
various amounts of dockets and rules information.

The Texas library contains Texas case law, Texas statutes, the Texas
Administrative Code, the Texas Constitution, Attorney General Opinions, State
Court Rules, Federal Court Rules, and the municipal codes of Austin, Dallas,
Fort Worth, Houston, and San Antonio. (Every State library at a minimum contains
case law, statutes, and the state constitution.)
The Federal library contains United States Supreme Court, Circuit court,
District court, and Bankruptcy court opinions; Federal Court Rules; United
States Code; Code of Federal Regulations; USC Bankruptcy Reform Act; U.S.
Constitution; and links to Federal Court forms.

Session Laws are only incorporated into the viewed statute during the annual
updates of statutes. You may access new Session Laws by browsing or searching,
or by using the SuperCode feature.
